Deposits
Southwind Acres requires a non-refundable 500 deposit to secure the facility and you may cancel your contract at any time.
Southwind Acres requires a separate $500.00 security deposit due 7 days prior to the event. This security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the event, less any damages cost or additional fees incurred.
